Any Advice For Showering After Getting A New Arm Tattoo?

I just got a moderate sized tattoo on my right arm on Friday.
I know about not getting it overly wet, and keeping my arm away from the direct water flow from the shower.
I'm just wondering how many of you have handled the showering after a tattoo. Do you just keep the tattoo away from direct water flow and that's it, or do you also try to protect it by wrapping something around it?
Ideas buy antibiotics and experiences would be appreciated!
