Can I enlist in the army or national guard with a half leg sleeve and 3/4 arm sleeve tattoos?

I have a half leg sleeve going from my foot to my knee nothing offensive nothing racial.
I have a 3/4 arm sleeve nothing offensive or anything racial.

Would I still be able to enlist, I understand the Army's tattoo policy isn't as strict as the Marine and such because they understand tattoos are becoming popular and some people enjoy the art.
