Question by S. June: Could he still join the National Guard with arm tattoo?
My friend wants to join the National Guard but he has a tattoo covering about roughly 60% (maybe 70%) of his arm, located between his elbow and his wrist. Can he still join? I know the military buy antibiotics online has some rules about tattoos but I'm not sure.
