Do Tattoos On Your Arm Fade When You Work Out? How Do You Go About It?

I was planning on getting a tattoo Buy Xenical on my triceps, eventually one on my shoulder, too. But as I am in the course of working out on a regular basis (I'm talking about really getting bigger, not just to stay in shape) I was wondering if a tatts on the arm will eventually fade as the skin stretches. How would you go about it?
