How sensitive is your upper arm? (tattoos)?

Question by Don't you click on me!: How sensitive is online pharmacy without a prescription your upper arm? (tattoos)?
I'm planning on getting a small-ish tattoo on my upper arm, a little below my shoulder. Will it be any more or less painful than somewhere else on my body? Thanks.

First of all I would like to say that my mom has a tattoo and when my dad found out he really had some problems with it. It was just a stupid rose but it still didn't attract him. But yes, the higher arm is VERY sensitive. Just pinch it.
