Cherry blossoms are actually super easy, the tattoo artist you work with should be able to draw something up for you no problem.
You're best bet would be to take the picture to the tattoo artist you plan to go to. They are artists after all. Even if you take a template to the artist, chances are he is going to have to alter it a bit here and there to make it fit your body. So save yourself some time and money and just print out this picture and take it to your tattoo artist. He may ask for a deposit so that he could draw it up and it will probably take a few days. Just make sure you've actually researched artists in your area and have looked at portfolios – pick one that's actually done something on this scale.

I have two tattoos which one of them is my birth sign. They only become posers when they get laser removal surgury to get rid of them.
